winning system #1 - the double loss system

2008-02-24 04:26:00

The double loss system is fall proof in theory, although pulling it off may require some serious bottle at times. It is easy to follow and returns a good payout with every win. It is best used on games where the loss/win ratio is relatively even. Ideal for Blackjack and roulette in any variation.

Let’s assume the original stake is $1.00

Recommended minimum budget for playing this system $100.

The system works by playing chains of bets, in this example our first bet is $1 this starts our first chain.  In each chain you keep making bets in the chain until you get a win.  Once you have a win the chain is over, collect your profit and start a new chain again with a $1.00 bet.

Lets look at this in detail below.

chain 1.

$1.00 bet placed ----------------------------------outcome win---------------------in this chain $1.00

In the event of a win you should take the buck and re-place the bet a happy dollar up.

Total winnings after chain 1 --------------------$1.00

chain2.

$1.00 bet placed ----------------------------------outcome lose-------------------in this chain -$1.00

As we lost the first round of betting in this chain, we are a dollar down. In the event of a loss you should double the loss; in this case the loss has been $1.00. So our next bet would be $2.00.

$2.00 bet placed ---------------------------------outcome win--------------------in this chain $1.00

Because the bet was a double of the loss in this chain we have recouped our loss from the first round of betting and made another dollar.

Total winning after chain 2---------------------$2.00

chain3.

All going pretty well so far then, but what if we lose several rounds of betting on the trot, remember its the loss of the chain we double, not the stake, in this next example we lose 4 rounds of betting on the trot again we start from our original chain stake of $1.00

$1.00 bet placed ----------------------------------outcome lose-------------------in this chain -$1.00

Double the loss

$2.00 bet placed ----------------------------------outcome lose-------------------in this chain -$3.00

So things in this chain aren't going so well, but stick with the system and have faith a win will eventually come. For our next bet we double the total chain loss. So far in the chain we have lost $3.00, so our next bet will be $6.00

$6.00 bet placed ----------------------------------outcome lose-------------------in this chain -$9.00

It should now be clear that the amounts of the bets you need to place grow rapidly, which is why it’s important to start with a low amount such as the $1.00 we're using to start our chains. So far in the chain we have lost $9.00, so our next bet will be $18.00

$18.00 bet placed ----------------------------------outcome lose-------------------in this chain -$27.00

So this is where we need to hold our nerve with the system 4 losses on the trot is a pretty bad run and about now you may well want to bail on the system (if you have the budget to continue though you should), successful betting is about discipline not emotion. We now need to double our total loss and make the next bet. So far in the chain we have lost $27.00, so our next bet will be $54.00

$54.00 bet placed ----------------------------------outcome win-------------------in this chain $27.00

After 4 losses we get the win we've been looking for, because our bet will win us $54.00 we have recouped our previous $27 loss and are now $27.00 in profit for the chain. We add this to our previous chain wins and start a new chain back at the original $1.00 bet.

Total winning after chain 3---------------------$29.00

So the above examples should give you a good idea of the system here are some easy reference notes.

  • Always set your stop loss before a betting session (confirm to yourself the stop loss)
  • Start each chain with a fixed amount ($1) recommended.
  • Double the total loss for the chain with each new bet DOUBLE THE CHAIN LOSS - NOT THE ORIGINAL STAKE
  • Stick with the system; if your going to play a system don't bail on it half way through, don't let emotion win over discipline.

Here is a table showing bets unto a losing streak of 10, remember this system is best suited to casino games where the win/loss ratio is around 50/50, such as blackjack or betting black constantly on the roulette table. Although it can also be used for other bets on sports, using this system on sports betting could provide a great return since you will get more than your stake at the end of the chain. This table assumes a payout win equivalent to the bet.

As you can see from the table it doesn't take long for the betting to get seriously out of hand, unless you've got pretty deep pockets, we would suggest only playing up to a chain loss of 5, if you lose 5 in a row, cut your losses and start a new chain back at $1.

Losing chains of 5 will be pretty rare if your betting on the right casino games or making the right sports bets keep them simple like just picking the winning team for example.

Obviously there are tons of variations on this system, instead of doubling the loss you can just add $1 to your loss this would ensure every time the win in the chain comes you make $1 per chain.  a full article on this variation of the system will be coming soon.
